Pyrotechnic Supplier in violation of any local, state, or federal (BATFE) law.
You must be 18 or older to purchase anything on our Flash Powders page.
In many areas, you must be at least 21 years of age to use these products. It
is the buyers responsibility to learn and understand local/federal laws before
using these products.
We reserve the right, and do ask what your intentions are for the use of our products.
We reserve the right to refuse sale of flash powder (or any other pyrotechnic device or chemical) to anyone who we feel may not intend to use a product in its properly suggested way, in any manner that can be harmful to persons or property, or do not abide by BATFE, NFPA, or other legal standards, or for any reasons otherwise. Z11 Pyro Supply is a BATFE licensed pyrotechnic manufacturer, and will not stretch, bend or break any laws for anyone! It's not worth it!
Most of our products are shipped to you custom made.
In other words, most items are manufactured specifically for you, after you
order them. This means that our shipping will often take longer than what you
may be used to waiting for ‘mail order’ products. We do not have
a store front, so we keep a very small amount of stock.
This also means that if you need an order within 2 weeks of completing your
order, it is a good idea to Email us to find out if we
will be able to get it to you on time. Do not be afraid to ask, we are very
good at making sure you get your order when you want it, as long as we know
when you want it.
We use, and trust the PayPal system. We think you should too : ) If you cannot, or
choose not to use PayPal. Email us to
find out about how to make a payment via check. Checks are only accepted under certain conditions that must be arranged
prior to sending the check.
We do not accept Money Orders. We do not
bill orders. We do not accept credit
card payments by phone.

Our product prices are subject to change w/o notice.
Shipping prices may vary. Orders placed through our online PAYPAL Shopping Cart system are subject to our
lowest shipping charges. These charges are calculated according to the $ amount
of your final subtotal, added on upon "checking out". Below are our
current shipping charges through the PAYPAL Shopping Cart.:
$0.01 - $9.99 = $8.00
$10.00 - $49.99 = $11.00
$50.00 -$100.00 = $15.00
$200.00 - $ + = $18.00
All sales are final. The only returns we are able to take are for unopened bottles from Binary Flash Powder kits.
We are happy to repair or replace any hardware item that fails to operate correctly after normal use within 1 year of purchase (Do not use any product if it ever shows any sign of malfunction), we will replace it (if it came from us) We are unable to refund a purchase once it has been shipped.
Additional fees will be charged for extra fast shipping of hardware. (Flash Pots, Controllers, etc.) These fees are not payable through our PayPal Shopping Cart, but are payable through the PayPal system.
