It is the purchaser's responsibility to know not to use the chemicals and/or supplies purchased from Z11 Pyro Supply, or any other Pyrotechnic Supplier in violation of any local, state, or federal (BATFE) law/regulations.
You must be 18 or older to purchase products  from this web site. In many areas, you must be at least 21 years of age to use these products. It is the buyers responsibility to learn and understand local, State and federal laws before using these products.

We reserve the right, and do ask what your intentions are for the use of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse sale of flash powder (or any other pyrotechnic device or chemical) to anyone who we feel may not intend to use a product in its properly suggested way, in any manner that can be harmful to persons or property, or do not abide by BATFE, NFPA, or other legal standards, or for any reasons otherwise. Z11 Pyro Supply is a BATFE licensed pyrotechnic manufacturer, and will not stretch, bend or break any laws for anyone! It's not worth it!

Most of our products are shipped to you custom made. In other words, most items are manufactured specifically for you, after you order them. This means that our shipping will often take longer than what you may be used to waiting for ‘mail order’ products. We do not have a store front, so we keep a very small amount of stock.
This also means that if you need an order within 2 weeks of completing your order, it is a good idea to Email us to find out if we will be able to get it to you on time. Do not be afraid to ask, we are very good at making sure you get your order when you want it, as long as we know when you want it.

All sales are final.

If an order is canceled for ANY reason (by you or by Z11 Pyro Supply) more than 24 hours after the order is placed, but before the order is shipped, you will be subject to a 25% - 50% restocking fee. No refunds will be give for an order once it is shipped for any reason.

It is important to understand that with constantly changing laws and regulations regarding pyrotechnics use, shipping, etc. that products that are available today, may not be available / shippable tomorrow.  Z11 Pyro Supply is not responsible (due to lack of control) if you purchase a system today, but are unable to purchase supporting materials down the road, due to changes in regulations banning their sale / shipping / use.   

We use, and trust the PayPal system. We think you should too : ) If you cannot, or choose not to use PayPal.  Email us to find out about how to make a payment via check. Checks are only accepted under certain conditions that must be arranged prior to sending the check. Please keep in mind that you are not required to have a PayPal account to use the shopping cart for a credit card payment on this site.
We do not accept Money Orders.  We do not bill orders. 

Our product and shipping prices are subject to change w/o notice.

Shipping prices may vary. Orders placed through our online PAYPAL Shopping Cart system are subject to our lowest shipping charges. These charges are calculated according to the $ amount of your final subtotal, added on upon "checking out". Below are our current shipping charges through the PAYPAL Shopping Cart.:

$0.01 - $9.99 = $8.00
$10.00 - $49.99 = $11.00
$50.00 -$100.00 = $15.00
$200.00 - $ + = $18.00

We are happy to repair or replace any hardware item that fails to operate correctly after normal use within 1 year of purchase (Do not use any product if it ever shows any sign of malfunction), we will replace it (if it came from us).

Additional fees will be charged for extra fast shipping of hardware. (Flash Pots, Controllers, etc.)
